Situated very close to the centre of the bustling village of Tideswell this charming cottage enjoys a relatively quiet and peaceful location with easy access to the shops, pubs and cafes.

The cottage has been fully modernised yet retains a great deal of its old character with pine doors, exposed beams, stone fireplace and some antique furniture. There is the added benefit of a small, walled garden with paved areas and a wildlife pond.

There is a public footpath which passes by the side of the cottage leading to open countryside within a few minutes making this a very good base for exploring the local area on foot. Bakewell, Buxton and Chatsworth House are all within a short drive and Alton Towers is easily accessible in less than an hour by car.

Ground floor - Spacious open plan lounge with separate dining area and fitted kitchen area. First floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 family room with double bed and galleried area in the eaves with a further double bed (access to this is by steep steps) and en-suite shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double and 1 twin, house bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Wood burning stove in lounge - initial supply of logs provided and included. Gas-fired central heating - gas and electricity are included in the rent. Travel cot, high chair, colour T.V., DVD player, microwave, shaver points, showers, CD player, automatic washing machine, dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are included. Walled garden with pond and garden furniture, outbuilding for bicycle storage. Street parking or free public car park. Pets by arrangement please at an extra charge of £25 per pet per week.

For larger groups this cottage can be booked with No 83 which is just 5 minutes walk away.

Note: This is a non smoking cottage, bookings start on Fridays and bookings for April 22 - 29, July 15 - 22 and October 21 - 28 are High Season prices

There are plenty of shops and pubs in the village centre: 400 yards.
