Nestling in the centre of the small farming community of Elton, deep in the Peak District National Park, this charming cottage has been fully modernised yet retains much of its original character with low, beamed ceilings and stone fireplace.

Very comfortably furnished and well equipped there is a lovely garden to the rear from which there are some superb views over the surrounding open countryside and stretching to the hills and valleys beyond.

Elton is ideally situated for touring throughout the Peak District with Matlock, Bakewell, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and many other places of interest all within a very short drive. Walkers are also very well catered for with an abundance of walks from the village itself and the High Peak area is within easy reach.

Ground floor - lounge with dining table and chairs, small fitted kitchen. First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single, bathroom with electric shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Gas stove in lounge, gas fired central heating - all fuel and power is included in the rent. Colour T.V., DVD player, mini Hi-fi system, microwave, shower, fridge/freezer, automatic washer/dryer. Bed linen is included in the rent, towel hire available. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Street parking in the village. Sorry no pets.
