This lovely old cottage is set on the edge of the small village of Cressbrook and has splendid views over the village and extending down the spectacular Monsal Dale.

The cottage has been fully modernised whilst capturing much of its original charm with stone mullion latticed windows, latched pine doors and wood burning stove in a stone fireplace.

Cressbrook is on a hillside in a beautiful rural setting and is an ideal centre for walkers with plenty of good walks in differing directions from the village. Bakewell, Buxton and Chatsworth House are all only a 15 minute drive away for those preferring to tour by car.

Ground floor - sitting room, fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor - 3 bedrooms - 2 double and 1 with full size bunk beds, shower room with toilet and basin.

Wood burning stove in sitting room - initial supply of logs provided and included. Oil-fired central heating - oil and electricity are included in the rent. Travel cot, high chair, colour T.V., DVD player, microwave, shaver points, showers, CD player, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are included. Terraced front garden with spectacular views, enclosed rear patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Street parking or free public car park - 50 yards. Pets by arrangement at extra charge of £25 per pet per week.
