Located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park, this beautifully decorated and furnished timber house occupies an idyllic location with 11 other properties on a site that over looks the Cairngorm Mountains opposite. With the River Spey below in the heart of Badenoch and Strathspey you also have a magnificent view of the RSPB Insh Marshes Reserve to Loch Insh in the mid-distance with its fishing and water-sports.
A superb location for exploring both the Moray Coast to the North, the Highland Capital of Inverness as well as Fort William and Pitlochry with the famous Whisky Trail close by.

Located on the edge of the Highland Wildlife Park which is well worth a visit, there is a huge choice of outdoor activities very close by. Enjoy wonderful riverside or forest walks, alternatively try a more challenging route up the slopes of the Cairngorms. The area is rich in wildlife and for golfers there are seven local courses to choose from. Fishing is available on the mighty River Spey or scores of lochs, water-sports, tennis, clay pigeons, 4x4 fun . . . and, of course, skiing and snow-boarding through the winter. Aviemore, Britain's premier all-season resort with its bustling shops, leisure facilities, restaurants and bars is a few minutes drive to the North while the charming Highland communities of Kingussie and Newtonmore, are just minutes away in the opposite direction. Children will also enjoy a ride on the Badenoch & Strathspey Steam Railway or Landmark Adventure at nearby Carrbridge will keep them occupied all day.
