Victoria Cottage is one of a trio of character cottages, which were formerly bath houses at the historic Pannanich Wells (built in 1760) designed to accommodate health seekers wishing to “take the waters” from the Wells of Pannanich. The Wells still run today with the water being bottled and sold world-wide as Deeside Spring Water.
Located on the quiet South Deeside Road, just a mile from the beautiful village of Ballater in the Cairngorms National Park, Victoria Cottage is an ideal holiday retreat for getting to know this beautiful corner of North East Scotland.

You can enjoy the most breathtaking views of mountains and countryside from the Lounge and Bedroom as well as from the private outdoor sitting area.

Decorated to an excellent standard, the lounge is cosy and warm with comfortable seating. The bedroom, with king sized bed offers a romantic galleried retreat and overlooks the beautiful and stunning Morven Mountain. The cottage provides details of walks and places to visit as well as recommendations for eating out and also has books, games and jigsaw puzzles.
NB: This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
