The spacious single storey holiday lodge in Northumberland has fabulous views across the countryside towards Coquet island Warkworth castle and the sea.Based in a tranquil setting in the rural grounds of Eastfield Hall, this delightful lodge built in 2004 and tastefully decorated, provides high standard accommodation with a feature floor to roof window and a vaulted ceiling. It is finished to a high standard with quality furnishings and fittings and has a large lawn and gravel garden. It has doors to an attractive conservatory with views towards the sea. The Lodge sleeps six in three bedrooms, one en-suite and two with sea views.Well insulated, warm and cosy with oil-fired central heating the Lodge is an ideal base for a family holiday and a cosy retreat for a stress free, relaxing break in winter or summer.
It is a great location for exploring the Northumberland coast with more castles than any other county in England. Newcastle is 30 miles away and 45 miles away is the border town of Berwick upon Tweed and Scotland. The magnificent Heritage coastline is only 2 -3 miles away with the very picturesque Alnmouth village with lovely coastal walks. .
Picturesque Warkworth village with its restaurants, inns, small shops, river, beach and ancient castle a mere two miles away. Boat trips to the RSPB reserve on Coquet Island leave from Amble, three miles away.
