This charming cottage adjoins the owners former farmhouse 1.1/2 miles from the busy village of Addingham. Surrounded by open farmland the cottage enjoys a quiet and peaceful location with the added advantage of a walled cottage garden and access to the ownersï½ orchard and tumbling stream.

Very comfortably furnished the cottage has been fully modernised whilst capturing the original character and charm with exposed beams, wood lintels, flagged floor and stone fireplace with multi-fuel stove.

This is an ideal base for touring throughout the Yorkshire Dales, Bronte Country and the Vale of York. For the walker there are good country walks in the immediate area with open moors and fells just a short drive away.

Ground floor - lounge with dining table and chairs, fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin, gallery seating area with single bed settee.

Multi-fuel stove in lounge, full oil-fired central heating - all fuel and power is provided and included in the rent. Cot, feeding chair, colour TV, microwave, shaver point, shower, automatic washing machine/dryer. Bed linen and towels are included. Parking for 2 cars. Cottage garden with seating, access to orchard with stream. Pets by arrangement please, sheep country.
