This delightful cottage enjoys a very quiet and peaceful position in the small village of Lothersdale, adjacent to the owners' house. It has recently been newly converted from an old barn and now provides excellent, well equipped holiday accommodation.

Capturing a great deal of the old character with exposed beams the cottage has been very comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard. With access to the owners' garden this is an ideal location for a relaxing, rural holiday.

Lothersdale nestles in the hills 6 miles to the South of the traditional market town of Skipton where there are numerous shops, restaurants and public houses. On the Pennine Way this makes an ideal base for walkers with plenty of excellent walks throughout the area, and for the tourist there is easy access to Bronte Country, the Yorkshire Dales and Vale of York, or head west into Lancashire's Pendle and Ribble Valley.

Ground floor - lounge, fitted dining kitchen, shower room with toilet and basin, two steps up to study with single bed settee, utility room. First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite shower room with toilet and basin, and 1 king size double (which can be a twin), house bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Log burning stove in lounge - logs are available through owner at extra charge, under floor oil-fired central heating - oil and electricity is provided and included. Cot, high chair, colour T.V. with freeview, DVD player, microwave, shaver points, showers, CD player, hairdryer, automatic washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, deep freeze. Bed linen and towels are included. Patio furniture and barbecue, use of owners' garden. Parking for 2 cars. Sorry no pets.
