This recently converted barn enjoys a fantastic situation on the hillside overlooking the dramatic scenery of Swaledale. There are superb views up, down and across the Dale from both the cottage itself and from the delightful patio garden in front of the cottage.

Very comfortably furnished with new fixtures and fittings the accommodation is light and airy and provides excellent holidy accommodation. Surrounded by open countryside this is a very quiet and peaceful location for a country holiday.

Gunnerside itself is set in the heart of Swaledale making it an ideal base for the fell walker with walks in all directions from the cottage. The Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and many local places of interest are all within easy reach.

Ground floor - spacious lounge with feature 18th Century stone fireplace and dining kitchen. First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin, both with panoramic views, bathroom with toilet and basin, separate shower room.

Oil-fired central heating, electric fire in lounge - all fuel and power is included in the rent. Cot, feeding chair, colour T.V.,video, DVD player, microwave, shaver point, shower, radio, automatic washing machine. Bed linen is included in the rent. Patio with chairs. Ample parking. 1 small pet by arrangement.
