Enjoying a very quiet and peaceful position this delightful, cosy cottage is situated in the small village of Arkholme, just 5 miles from the delightful, South Lakeland town of Kirkby Lonsdale.

The cottage has been very comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard and completely modernised whilst retaining much of its old character and charm with beamed ceiling and stone fireplace in the lounge.

Adjacent to a public footpath which leads to the River Lune, the cottage is a perfect base for walkers with plenty of local paths and bridleways. The tourist is also well catered for with easy access to the Yorkshire Dales, Trough of Bowland and the Lake District which are all only a short drive away.


Ground floor lounge, fitted dining kitchen. First floor 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 single, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Log burning stove in lounge, full gas fired central heating all fuel and power is provided and included. Colour T.V., DVD player, I-pod docking system, microwave, shower, deep freeze, automatic washing machine. Cottage style garden with garden furniture. Quiet street parking outside the cottage. Sorry no pets.
