This lovely old cottage enjoys a very quiet and peaceful position in the small, pretty village of Starbotton, deep in the heart of Wharfedale. There are superb views across the Dale from the cottage and its spacious, well tended South facing gardens.

Very well equipped and comfortably furnished the accommodation has been modernised whilst retaining a great deal of the original character and charm with exposed Oak beams, feature stonework, low doorways, open fire and latched pine doors.

There are a variety of walks from the cottage itself to suit both those wanting a quiet riverside stroll or a more arduous hike across open fells and moors. The market towns of Hawes and Skipton are both easily accessible by car making this a suitable base for touring throughout the Dales.

Ground floor - lounge, dining room, sitting room, small fitted kitchen, utility room, wet room with toilet and basin. First floor - 4 bedrooms - 2 double and 2 singles, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. There is also a separate games room over the garage with table tennis table.

Open fire in lounge - initial supply of logs and coal provided, further supplies available at cost. Oil-fired central heating - oil and electricity are included in the rent. Cot, high chair, colour T.V., DVD player, microwave, showers, CD player, deep freeze, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, incoming telephone. Bed linen and towels are included. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Secure bicycle storage. Parking for 4 cars. 1 well behaved pet by arrangement please.
