This charming property has been converted from an old barn to provide spacious yet cosy accommodation having retained some of the original features.

The barn stands in a quiet position in the centre of the tiny hamlet of Selside in the dramatic limestone scenery of Ribblesdale, renowned as a superb walking area with the Pennine Way passing close by. Very comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard this is an excellent holiday property.

Set in the centre of the Three Peaks and with other local walks and rambles all from the door of the barn this is a superb base for the walker. For touring the remainder of the Dales and Lake District this is also a good base.

Ground floor - lounge, large fitted dining kitchen, second lounge with high quality double bed settee, utility room with toilet and basin. First floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 double with en suite shower room with basin, 1 double and 1 twin (both with vanity units), house bathroom with toilet and basin.

Open fire in lounge - fuel provided and included. Log effect electric fire in second lounge - first £10 of electricity is included, thereafter meter read and charged extra. Smart heat electric central heating - included. Small travel cot, high chair, colour T.V. (extra T.V. point in main bedroom), VHS video, microwave, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, hi-fi system. Bed linen hire is available. Garden with furniture. Garage for 2 cars, parking for 2. Sorry no dogs or cats, other pets by arrangement please.
