This light and airy open plan space is tastefully furnished in contemporary style using natural materials to enhance the charm and character of the cottage; electric heating ensures a warm welcome at any time of the year and a patio and garden with superb open views over the surrounding countryside makes an ideal place to relax and unwind and enjoy an evening glass of wine or al fresco dining. The village has an art gallery, craft shop, tea room and traditional local inn. Hardraw Force, the highest single drop waterfall in England, is only a few minute’s walk away and Aysgarth Falls and Cotter Force just a little further away. The market towns of Leyburn and Richmond are within easy reach by car and the Pennine Way and countless footpaths are nearby for walking enthusiasts. The owner of the cottage is an experienced felt maker and artist, creating her beautiful Dales scenes in felt capturing the light and colours of the Dales landscape.
