Enjoying a superb position on the very edge of the popular Dales village of Grassington, this compact cottage adjoins the owners detached, stonebuilt house.

Very comfortably furnished there are splendid uninterrupted views up Wharfedale to the surrounding fells. With patio doors onto a patio and sharing the owners gardens with the occasional sheep and hens, this is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Grassington itself is a true haven for the walker, with open fells in all directions and an abundance of excellent walks from the cottage. For the tourist there are plenty of local places of interest to visit, with the remaining Dales all within easy reach.

All on ground floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single. Lounge with dining table and chairs, fitted kitchen, and shower room with toilet and basin.

Electric fire in lounge, gas fired central heating - all electricity and gas is included in the rent. Colour T.V., video, microwave, shaver point, electric shower, radio, automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer. Bed linen is included in the rent. Patio with furniture and shared gardens. Parking for 1 car. Sorry no pets or children under 12.
