Enjoying a very peaceful and quiet location at the end of a farm road, this lovely farmhouse has been fully modernised to provide excellent holiday accommodation, surrounded by rolling farmland.

Very comfortably furnished and with a beautiful outlook over open fields the house is spacious and has retained much of its original character with some exposed beams and feature stonework.

Bentham is just over 2 miles away where there are good shops and pubs, and Kirkby Lonsdale, Ingleton and Settle are within easy driving distance. On the edge of the Forest of Bowland, this is a superb centre for touring the Dales, West Coast and Lake District. For the walker there are very good walks both locally and within a short drive.

Ground floor - lounge, large fitted dining kitchen, small study, utility room with toilet and basin. First floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 king size double, 1 twin and 1 single, bathroom with Japanese plunge bath, shower cubicle, toilet and basin.

Open fire in lounge - initial supply of coal provided and included. Oil-fired central heating - oil and electricity are included in the rent. Travel cot, colour T.V., microwave, shaver point, shower, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wireless Broadband. Bed linen and towels are included. Patio and garden with some furniture. Ample parking. Pets by arrangement please.

Note: This is a non smoking cottage and access is via an unmade farm road which is passable by most cars with ease.
