Recently converted from an old mistal this spacious cottage is set on a working beef and sheep farm and livery on the edge of the small village of Eldwick, and close to the busy town of Bingley in the Aire Valley.
Very comfortably furnished and well equipped the cottage retains a great deal of character and charm with all the original roof timbers and trusses and stone fireplace. This light and airy yet cosy accommodation is ideal for the elderly and partially disabled being on one level.
Eldwick itself is ideally situated for those wanting to walk the Dalesway, which passes close by, and the many local walks. Leeds, Bradford, Haworth, York and the Yorkshire Dales are all within easy driving distance.

2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin. Spacious lounge with separate fitted kitchen area, dining room, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Multi-fuel stove in lounge - fuel available at small charge. Oil-fired central heating - oil and electricity are included in the rent.
