Recently fully restored and modernised this charming cottage is set in the centre of the small Dales village of Carperby. Retaining many of the original features which include fully beamed ceilings and open stone fireplace the cottage has been very comfortably furnished.

At the rear of the cottage is a South facing lawned garden which adjoins open fields and there is a superb view across the fields to Penhill Beacon on the Southern side of Wensleydale: an excellent spot to while away the hours on a sunny summers evening.

Carperby is perfect as a walking centre with walks from the village. Within a half hours walk are Aysgarth Falls and Castle Bolton and open fells and moors are easily accessible. For the tourist there are many local places of interest and the whole of the Yorkshire Dales are only a short drive away.

Ground floor - lounge, dining room leading to a fitted Pine kitchen. First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 with two singles, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Open fire in lounge, full gas fired central heating - all fuel and power is provided and included in the rent. Cot, feeding chair, colour T.V.,DVD player, shower, microwave, fridge/freezer. Bed linen and towels are included. South facing garden with furniture. Street parking outside the cottage. 1 pet by arrangement please.
