This superb cottage has been expertly converted from an old barn and have retained a great deal of its original character and charm with exposed beams throughout, feature stonework and fireplace.

Very comfortably and tastefully furnished and very well equipped the cottage is situated adjacent to the owners' farmhouse on a working livery yard, and holidaymakers are welcome to bring their horses and ponies on holiday. The farm is at the end of a ¾ mile private lane and is surrounded by open farmland through which there are some interesting walks and rambles.

Holidaymakers have free access to a health club in Carnaby, 2 miles, which is open daily, and includes a 30m swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and sun bed,.

The sandy beach at Fraisthorpe is just 2 miles and Bridlington is only 6 miles. There is an enclosed play area with timber play equipment on site along with 5 acres of shared grounds which include a duck pond. This is therefore an ideal base for visiting the East Coast resorts and local places of interest - Sledmere House, Burton Agnes Hall, the Yorkshire Wolds and even York itself.

All on the ground floor with ramp access. 2 bedrooms - 1 queen size sleigh bedroom with en-suite bathroom with toilet and basin, 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Open plan lounge with dining and kitchen areas.

Wood burning stove in lounge, oil-fired central heating - all fuel and power is provided and included in the rent. Cot, high chair, babysitting by arrangement with the owner, colour T.V., DVD player and video, CD player with radio, microwave, shower, fridge/freezer, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher, shared payphone. Bed linen and towels are included. Sitting area with furniture and barbecue, shared grounds. Access to health club. Games barn with table tennis table and pool table.
