This well-equipped single storey cottage makes an ideal holiday base for both small families or couples and is particularly suitable for older people and those with walking difficulties, being equipped with some accessibility features. Situated between the seaside resorts of Pwllheli and Criccieth, Wernol Cottage is in a lovely coastal area renowned for its good walking and wealth of natural flora and fauna and particularly popular with bird-watchers. Criccieth, 3 miles away, has a good choice of amenities, including a golf course and a 13th-century castle, which from its peninsula setting, boasts some superb views over Tremadog Bay. The seaside resort of Pwllheli, 5 miles, is also worth a visit. For keen hikers the peaks of the Snowdonia National Park are an easy drive away.
