The Old Coach House cottage is part of the old coachman's house of Dolcorsllwyn Hall, set within the beautiful Dyfi Valley. The Dyfi itself is only yards away and can be accessed easily from the house. The cottage itself is grade 4* and is immaculate. The cottage has two bedrooms but there is a 3rd double/twin room which can be used to increase the occupancy to 6 (please call for details). The owners take great pride in their green credentials but still include all the modern facilities you would expect including a full Sky package and wifi.
The Dyfi Valley is a quiet spot which is superb for walking, cycling and fishing. However it is also situated well to explore more famous areas such as the Snowdonian National Park, Dollgellau and Lake Bala and the sandy beaches of Aberdyfi and Barmouth. History lovers will enjoy the castles of Harlech and Powys whilst less than 10 miles away, is the ancient Welsh capital of Machynlleth. This is a lovely area and includes fascinating Centre for Alternative Technology. There is much to see and do.
