This spacious house enjoys a quiet and peaceful position in the small village of Sabden which lies in a lovely valley at the Southern end of Pendle Hill. This area is well known for it's association with the famous Lancashire Witch Trials 1612 and 1633.

The house has been fully modernised and is now very comfortably furnished and has been very well equipped. There is a pleasant outlook over the village extending to the surrounding hills and fells.

Sabden is an ideal base for the walker with access to Pendle Hill and the surrounding hills from the village. Set in the Ribble Valley the market towns of Clitheroe, Settle and Skipton are all within easy driving distance, and the seaside towns of Lytham and Blackpool are both within an hour's drive.

Ground floor - lounge, dining room, small fitted kitchen. First floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 king size double, 1 twin and 1 stowaway twin, bathroom with jaccuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and basin.

Living flame gas fire in dining room, open fire in lounge, gas central heating - all fuel and power is provided and included in the rent. Travel cot, high chair, colour T.V., DVD player, microwave, shower, deep freeze, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are included. Small rear yard with garden furniture. Quiet street parking outside the house. Pets by arrangement please.
