A delightful stone-built cottage situated in a lovely rural location midway between the village of Ribchester and Longridge. The cottage is adjacent to the owners converted farmhouse and guests have full use of the owners 27 acres of land to enjoy.

Furnished and decorated to a very high standard, guests are assured of a warm welcome and the property makes a wonderful base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. There are plenty of good walks and cycle routes nearby.

Ground Floor - spacious lounge, dining kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, utility room. First Floor - one double bedroom, one twin bedroom.

Gas central heating - all fuel and power is included in the rent. Travel cot, Colour TV, video, DVD player, CD player, shaver point, small freezer, microwave, automatic washer and tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are included. Small garden and patio area with garden furniture and barbecue. Ample off-road parking. Sorry no pets.
