Enjoying a superb situation, surrounded by beautiful open farmland, this cottage is adjacent to cottage No 473, next door to 474 and has spectacular views over open countryside extending to Pendle Hill in the distance.

Very comfortably and tastefully furnished the cottage has recently been fully modernised whilst retaining a great deal of character with feature stonework, fireplaces and exposed beams. Adjoining the owners house on a working riding stable it provides spacious and airy holiday accommodation.

Ideally positioned for fell walkers with an abundance of good walks throughout the immediate area, this is also an exceptional base for touring East Lancashire and the Southern Pennines. Skipton, Haworth, Clitheroe and Burnley are all readily accessible within a half hour drive.

Ground floor - large entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen, spacious L-shaped lounge with dining area. First floor - 4 bedrooms - 2 rooms - each with a king size bed and a single bed one has an en-suite shower room with toilet and basin, 1 with three singles, 1 with two double sofa beds and long distance view, house bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Solid fuel stove in lounge, full central heating - all fuel and power included in the rent. Cot, high chair, colour T.V., DVD player, microwave, shaver point, showers, automatic washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Bed linen and towels are included. Patio and garden with furniture. Ample parking. 1 dog welcome but in kennel outside only, stabling for horses by negotiation.
