Set on the edge of the small town of Great Harwood this recently built house is in a very quiet and peaceful position and has some very good long distance views stretching to Pendle Hill.

The house has been very comfortably furnished and very well equipped to provide excellent holiday accommodation. There is the added advantage of a separate sun lounge and small, terraced secret garden making this an ideal base for a relaxing holiday.

Great Harwood is within easy reach of Whalley, Clitheroe, Burnley and Blackburn making this an ideal base for touring throughout East Lancashire. For walkers and ramblers there are footpaths going in various directions which pass by the house, and more serious walkers can be on open fells within 15 minutes by car.

Ground floor - lounge, fitted kitchen leading to dining conservatory with doors to stepped decking and separate sun lounge. First floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 king size double, 1 stowaway twin and 1 single, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Electric fire in lounge, gas central heating - all fuel and power is included in the rent. Travel cot, high chair, colour T.V., DVD player, microwave, shower, deep freeze, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are included. Secret, terraced garden accessed from sun lounge, decking with garden furniture. Parking for 3 cars. Pets by arrangement please.
