Set in the small village of Forton this lovely property forms part of the owners house and enjoys fantastic views over open countryside extending to the hills and fells of the Trough of Bowland.

It has been very comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated and provides cosy holiday accommodation, in a quiet and peaceful location.

Forton is an ideal centre for exploring the many local places of interest which include the local market town of Garstang. Those wishing to tour the Trough of Bowland, The Fylde Coast resorts of Blackpool, Lytham and Fleetwood and even the Lake District will find this to be a very good base.

Internal stairs to first floor 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with toilet and basin. Open plan lounge with dining table and chairs, and small fitted kitchen area.

Gas central heating all fuel and power is included in the rent. Colour T.V., DVD player, 2 ring electric hob, microwave (there is no oven in this property). Bed linen and towels are included. Quiet country lane parking. Sorry no pets.
