These cottages are located on the owners working farm just outside the picturesque village of Bolton by Bowland. Surrounded by open countryside and enjoying wonderful views towards Pendle Hill and the Yorkshire Dales this is an idyllic base from which to explore the area.

The cottages stand on their own, just away from the house, and have been very comfortably and tastefully furnished to provide excellent holiday accommodation. They each have their own patio opening onto shared gardens. There are very pretty views from each over the surrounding rolling countryside.

There is a childrens play area adjacent to the cottages and some pretty walks and rambles throughout the immediate area. Further afield the Yorkshire Dales, rural Lancashire and the East Coast are all within a short drive. The market towns of Skipton, Settle and Clitheroe are less than half an hour by car.

Mallard Cottage has been specifically designed to be suitable for an accompanied wheelchair user.

Ground floor - 1 twin bedroom with a shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and basin, lounge, dining kitchen. First floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite shower room, toilet and basin and 2 twin, bathroom with toilet and basin.

Full oil-fired central heating, open fire - all fuel provided and included in the rent. Cot, high chair, colour T.V., video, CD player, microwave, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, have access to shared laundry room with washer, dryer and freezer, dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are included. Gardens with furniture and barbecue, and separate childrens play area. Ample parking. Sorry no pets, stabling for horses available by prior arrangement.
