Ribchester, Lancashire.  Property 11212


This charming cottage is set in the lovely village of Ribchester, and is just 100 yards from the banks of the River Ribble, with fishing and riverside walks.

Furnished to a high standard the cottage is cosy and comfortable, but spacious, with many modern amenities and the added attraction of a delightful rear patio and garden. The area is steeped in history with Roman ruins and the Roman museum within short walking distance

Ribchester has excellent amenities which include a childrens playground and tea room. There are plenty of good walks and cycle paths nearby and this is also a very good base for the tourist with easy access to the Trough of Bowland, West Coast and even the Yorkshire Dales is less than an hour by car.


Ground floor lounge, sitting room with bed settee, dining kitchen. First floor 2 bedrooms 1 king size four poster, 1 king size double, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, bidet and basin.


Wood burning stove in lounge initial supply of fuel provided and included. Living flame gas fire in sitting room with full gas central heating all gas and electricity is included in the rent. Travel cot, high chair, 47" 3D colour T.V. with Blue ray DVD player, and a 42" colour T.V., stereo with CD/I-pod docking Hi-Fi system, microwave, shower, freezer, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wi-fi broadband. Bed linen and towels are included. Patio and garden with garden furniture. Street parking in the area. 1 well behaved dog by arrangement please at an extra charge of £20 per week.
