This is a charming two bedroom apartment on the centre floor of this fabulous Victorian House. Situated on the Plymouth Hoe it is just a stone’s throw away from all of Plymouth’s most beautiful scenery. , from the famous Barbican and the Mayflower Steps to Plymouth Hoe, Plymouth City Centre, the Theatre Royal, Pavilions, Warner Village, the National Marine Aquarium and more!

Shop. Pub. Restaurant. Beach 100 yards.

FF: lounge, kitchen/diner, 2 twins, bathroom with shower over bath.

Electricity and gas central heating included, linen and towels included, cot, high chair, TV, video, freezer, microwave, freeview, internet access, welcome pack, on street parking. Sorry no pets. No Smoking.

This victorian house consists of 3 spacious & clean apartments. A 3 bed apartment (9549) on the top floor; a 2 bed apartment on the centre floor (9554) and a 2 bed garden apartment on the ground floor(9555)Can be let altogehter & accommodate 13 people.

Parking is by way of permits - £20 per week or £3 per day.

There are no laundry facilities on site however the owner will provide you the number & address of the nearby laundrette on arrival.
