This superb property enjoys a very peaceful position on the edge of Morecambe Bay and has a fantastic outlook over the Bay to Grange Over Sands and up to the Lakeland Fells.

Very comfortably and tastefully furnished the accommodation is cosy yet spacious and is adjacent to the owner's cottage, on the edge of the pretty village of Silverdale.

Silverdale is an ideal base for a relaxing seaside holiday with superb bird watching throughout the immediate shore area. With easy access to the historic City of Lancaster, Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales this is also an ideal touring base.

Ground floor - 1 double bedroom with en-suite wet room with shower, toilet and basin. First floor 'spacious open plan lounge with dining area and small kitchen facility and balcony with spectacular views.

Under floor heating throughout - all fuel and power is included in the rent. Colour T.V., DVD player with I-pod dock, microwave, slow cooker, steamer and 2 ring hob (there is no conventional oven at this property), shower, radio/CD player. Bed linen and towels are included. Small shoreside garden area with seating. Parking for 1 car. 1 small pet by arrangement please.
