Fishing is available by arrangement with the owner.

Comfortably furnished the accommodation is cosy with full double glazing, and has splendid views of farmland and open fells. Access to the barn is via a 1/2 mile private farm track.

A superb base for the fell walker with an abundance of walks throughout the immediate area this also has easy access to the remainder of the Southern Lakes with Windermere less than half an hour by car.

All on ground floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 2 single with a z-bed available. Open plan lounge with dining and kitchen areas, bathroom with toilet and basin.

Storage heaters throughout - included in the rent. Other electricity on £1 meter. Travel cot, colour T.V. (with poor reception due to the surrounding hills), video, radio/cassette player, automatic washing machine, microwave, freezer. Bed linen is included. Patio area. Ample parking. Sorry no pets.
