A Cornwall self catering holiday cottage with a difference…a stunning view across the bay. Situated high above the market town of St Austell, this cottage enjoys amazing vista across the entirity of St Austell bay, from Gribben Point across to Trenarren to the west and makes a superb backdrop for a quality holiday cottage close to the Cornwall coast.

The beaches at Carlyon Bay are a few moments drive away and the picturesque waterside town of Fowey is but a few more moments along the coast. For many the highlight of their holiday will be a trip to the Eden project. This acclaimed attraction is just 3 miles away. The surfing beaches of Newquay lies 15 miles away.

Sleeping up to four (1 double; 1 twin) it is well equipped for both couples and small families seeking a centrally located self-catering cottage in a quiet residential location yet moments away from the town's amenities and the coast. The bright kitchen is both modern and well equipped. The lounge/diner has some superb views across the bay and at night you will see the Eddystone light house in the distance. Well furnished with modern furniture and light, bright décor, the sitting room has a flat screen LCD TV/DVD. The two bedrooms on the first floor are well furnished and share a similar light décor to the living rooms. The master double bedroom has stunning views across the bay and has a TV/DVD. This is complimented by a twin room to the front of the property enjoying an open outlook. The bathroom is modern and well equipped and the décor is in keeping with the rest of this quality Cornwall cottage. Within a short walk of Bay View are local shops and a public house serving food. There are two large supermarkets within a five minute drive and whilst the local amenities within the town of St Austell are sufficient for day to day needs. Guests may well wish to take a visit to the cathedral city of Truro justa short drive from the property. There is allocated parking.
